eturn & Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags and proof of purchase. Returns that don’t meet these conditions will not be accepted.
How to Return:
Email info@bella-mila.pl with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable). Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a shipping label.
Shipping Costs:
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. All returns must be shipped to our processing facility, and we recommend using tracked delivery.
Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on lingerie, accessories, personal care products, custom items, or sale items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.
Refunds:
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10–30 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
